Filtration process:

In the initial stage of filtration, the liquid passes through the filter cloth and returns to the original liquid tank. The solid particles are continuously deposited on the surface of the filter cloth to form a filter medium. After a period of circulation, the thickness of the filter medium reaches the filtration accuracy requirement. The circulation is stopped, and the clear liquid does not return to the original liquid tank any more , But enter the clear liquid tank, and normal filtration begins. After the filtration is completed, pump compressed air in, and the remaining liquid in the filter housing is sent back to the original liquid tank by air pressure and the filter medium is blown dry. After a few minutes, stop the air intake, open the bottom slag discharge port, pump compressed air from the outlet, and blow off the filter medium in the reverse direction. The solid-liquid separation is complete.

How to determine the model:

1、  Determine the material of the Vessel, the Filter Cartridge and the Filter Cloth according to the working conditions.

2、  Do a test with a small filter to see whether it is easy to clog the filter cloth, whether a filter aid is needed, and how thick a filter medium can be formed

3、  If the test is successful, determine the filter area, the number and length of the filter element in combination with the site space and the allowable filter time

4、  How to dispose of the remaining liquid in the filter, whether need dry solid particles or not
